Business is $8 per seat/month or $72 per seat/year (minimum 2 seats): a team workspace, unlimited fair-use cloud tasks shared team-wide, 1,000 OCR pages/mo and 500 AI credits/mo shared, 20 eSign envelopes per seat/mo, files up to 1 GB, and centralized billing. B2B pricing is net of tax — VAT reverse charge is supported.

Is there a short-term option?

Yes — the Week Pass: $3 for 7 days of Pro-level limits, one-time purchase, no auto-renewal. Great for tax season or a job-hunt sprint.

How are cloud tasks billed?

Paid plans include unlimited cloud tasks under fair use — tasks are never deducted from a monthly credit allowance. Credit packs are a separate pay-as-you-go product: beyond your plan, credits offset usage 1:1 (1 task = 1 credit) and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. OCR meters by page, AI features by credit, eSign by envelope. AI credits are metered in tokens: 1 credit = 1,000 tokens (input and output combined).

Who needs the eSign add-on?

The eSign add-on ($15/month for 20 envelopes, billed when an envelope is sent — drafts are free) is for Free, Pro and AI Pro users: none of these plans includes envelopes. Business already includes 20 envelopes per seat per month, shared across the team, and can also buy add-on packs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click — you keep the plan until the end of the paid period. Your first subscription carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, refundable self-serve from the billing page; renewals are refundable within 72 hours of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
