What is it?HTML to PDF is a PDFLean conversion tool: Assemble HTML snippets into printable pages and save as PDF via your browser's print dialog, or export a real PDF file via the cloud engine (LibreOffice).
TL;DR: Assemble HTML snippets into printable pages and save as PDF via your browser's print dialog (local, no account, nothing uploaded), or export a real PDF file via the cloud engine (sign-in required). What you paste stays in your browser until you close the tab — and if you export via the cloud engine, the document travels over an encrypted channel and is deleted when rendering finishes.
About this tool
Designed for the moment you need a document changed quickly and privately. Assemble HTML snippets into printable pages and save as PDF via your browser's print dialog, or export a real PDF file via the cloud engine. Printing and preview run locally in your browser's memory — nothing is transmitted while you stay on the local channel, and closing the tab clears it completely; the optional cloud export sends the document to LibreOffice over an encrypted channel, and the engine deletes it as soon as rendering finishes. The workflow is deliberately short: load the file, choose the options on the page, run the operation, and save the result. Every choice is applied before the file is written, so re-running with different settings takes seconds. It pairs well with the related tools linked beside this page when one step is not the whole job. Key facts — Processing: print and preview run entirely in your browser, client-side; the optional cloud export runs on the cloud LibreOffice engine; Access: local printing is free with no account required; cloud export requires sign-in; Privacy: the file never leaves your device on the local channel; cloud export transmits it over an encrypted channel and deletes it when processing finishes.

FAQ
Will my file be uploaded?
Local printing and preview never upload anything — the document stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab. If you instead use Export PDF (cloud engine), the document is sent over an encrypted channel to cloud LibreOffice for rendering and deleted as soon as processing finishes.
When should I use this?
Assemble HTML snippets into printable pages and save as PDF via your browser's print dialog — ideal when you need quick, private document generation without installing extra software.
Does the conversion keep the original layout?
This tool packages your HTML snippet into a printable document; actual styling, font rendering, and pagination are determined by your browser's native print engine, adjustable in the print dialog.
Can I process multiple files in bulk?
This tool processes one pasted snippet at a time. The Batch Processing workflow works on files and only accepts PDF/Office documents, so it does not cover this paste-based flow.
Is the processed file still editable?
The generated page is saved as a PDF via the browser print dialog. If you need to edit further, modify your HTML snippet in the input box and click Generate Preview again.
How do I convert a live webpage by its URL?
Use the webpage URL to PDF tool for that — it fetches the public page over the encrypted cloud path, with reader-mode or full-fidelity rendering.
