Free PDF Templates You Can Download
Это содержимое пока не доступно на вашем языке.
Every file on this page is a real PDF you can download right now, and each one ships with working form fields — text boxes and checkboxes you can fill in a browser, exactly like any other AcroForm. Nothing here is a mock-up: download a file, open it in the fill tool, and the fields are there. The templates exist to skip the blank-page step of the workflows in the guide families — the merge and split family, the sign and fill family, and the convert family.
The templates
Section titled “The templates”| Template | What it is | Download |
|---|---|---|
| Packet cover sheet | A one-page front sheet with title, date, sender, recipient, and an 8-line contents list — the first page of a merged packet | packet-cover-sheet.pdf |
| Consent acknowledgement | A one-page consent form with name, email, date, program, an agreement checkbox, a signature field, and an optional witness line | consent-acknowledgement.pdf |
| Invoice | A one-page invoice with invoice number, dates, from/to, 8 line items with quantity, unit price and total, subtotal, tax, total due, and notes | invoice-template.pdf |
All three are single-page A4 files, and all were generated with the PDFLean engine and verified field-by-field before publishing.
Packet cover sheet
Section titled “Packet cover sheet”When to use it: you are merging several files into one packet and the result needs a front page that says what it is, who it is for, and what is inside. The cover sheet turns a stack of attachments into a document with a table of contents on page 1.
- Download packet-cover-sheet.pdf.
- Fill a PDF form — in your browser, free, no upload: the packet title, the date, who prepared it, who receives it, and the contents lines.
- Merge PDF files with the cover sheet first and the packet parts behind it, in the order the contents list describes.
- Optionally add page numbers or a header and footer so every page carries the packet identity.
One way to fill the contents list without counting files by hand: merge the packet first, generate the table of contents the merge tool offers, then copy those entries into the cover sheet’s fields. The full sequence is in How to Merge PDF Files.
Consent acknowledgement
Section titled “Consent acknowledgement”When to use it: a group of people each need to read the same statement and return a signed acknowledgement — a program, an activity, a policy roll-out. Build the form once from the template, then every participant fills their own copy.
- Download consent-acknowledgement.pdf.
- Adjust the statement text to your own wording if it needs to say something different — edit PDF form fields changes the fields, and for text changes re-export the static page first, then re-place the fields with create a fillable PDF form.
- Hand out the file. Each participant fills it with fill a PDF form, places their signature with sign a PDF, and returns it.
- On your side, flatten a PDF each returned copy so the values display in any viewer, and keep the values in a spreadsheet by exporting them with PDF form data import/export.
The receive-and-return sequence for many signers — including what to verify on each returned form — is Collect Signed Consents.
Invoice
Section titled “Invoice”When to use it: you bill a customer and want one clean page rather than a spreadsheet printout, then later turn the year of invoices into a ledger.
- Download invoice-template.pdf.
- Fill a PDF form: invoice number, dates, your details, the customer’s, each line item with quantity and unit price, the subtotal, the tax, and the total due.
- Flatten a PDF before sending — a flattened invoice is a finished document, and the values cannot shift in the customer’s viewer.
- When the invoices stack up, run them through convert invoices to Excel, or convert PDF to Excel for table-shaped pages, to build the ledger; the yearly process is in Archive a Year of Invoices.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Are these templates free? Yes. The files are downloadable by anyone, and the tools needed to fill, sign, and flatten them all run in your browser for free with no account. Only sign a PDF with a digital certificate — the PAdES signing tool — needs an account and uses plan quota.
Do I need an account to download? No. Each file is a direct link hosted on pdflean.com; clicking it downloads the PDF.
Can I change the wording or the layout? Yes — download the file, adjust the static page, and re-place the fields with create a fillable PDF form. The fields on the templates are ordinary AcroForm fields, so you can also rename or delete them with edit PDF form fields. If you want a different form entirely, the design steps are in How to Create and Fill a PDF Form.
Why does a field stay empty when I fill it? Usually the field has a name collision with another field on the same page, or the form was flattened already. Inspect PDF form fields lists every field with its name, type, value, and read-only state, which is the fastest way to see what is actually happening.
Can I use these templates for legal documents? The templates are ordinary PDF files with fillable fields; what you write into them is your content. The signing tools’ behavior is described on their tool pages, and the signature sequence for a contract is Sign a Contract and Return It.
A template is worth exactly one thing: it removes the blank page from the start of a job. Download it, fill it, and the remaining work is the workflow the guide families already describe — merge it into a packet, collect it from signers, or feed it into the conversion that turns paper into data.
Do It Directly
Section titled “Do It Directly”Pick the file you need: packet-cover-sheet.pdf, consent-acknowledgement.pdf, or invoice-template.pdf. Then fill a PDF form in your browser, sign a PDF where a signature is needed, and flatten a PDF before the file leaves your hands.
